The staff were genuinely kind. the room was spacious and very clean! every night there was entertainment. the catamaran cruise was amazing. It was a great experience for me! i appreciated the variety of activities offered.

the food choices were limited, it seemed substandard. the constant need to sign for every meal and drink was inconvenient, it became irritating very fast.

The hotel is near the airport. The transfer took only fifteen minutes. a shopping center is close to the hotel. this made it convenient for any quick needs or exploring nearby options. It was very accessible.

Rooms are large and include verandas or balconies. my room had a beautiful ocean view. It was direct and fine! the rooms are located away from the bar. this ensures a quiet and peace all around. I really appreciated it.

The hotel offers water sports. The staff were helpful! there is one big pool and a smaller pool. The smaller pool was quieter! i found both a gym and a spa on the premises. They are excellent.

The main restaurant had weak desserts! however, the mozaic restaurant had excellent food and desserts. I dined there three nights! the buffet offered a variety of foods. the indian chef was helpful. I found him very kind!

I loved the buildings and common areas design. They fit into the local style so well. light and shadow created a nice effect, and natural materials were used very tastefully. being only 15 minutes from the airport was so convenient. A supermarket was within walking distance. i loved the free water activities, including the glass boat trip and snorkelling!

beach towels were often unavailable. the hotel seemed to run out frequently. this was a slight inconvenience.

mixed feelings about this resort

repetitive buffetpoor cleanliness

The buffet food was quite repetitive. it lacked variety, and i found myself eating similar dishes each day. This got boring after a few days. also, the room cleanliness was not up to par. i noticed dust and some grime in corners, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. This impacted my overall comfort.
